  We eat here about once a month or more.  My husband really likes the specials (coupons, 2-for deals, etc.).  The Give Me More Stripes loyalty program is pretty good (free chips and salsa every time, plus earning points for free food).  
  However, both the kitchen and wait service are wildly inconsistent, and disappointing more often than not.  We get good service and well-prepared food just often enough to keep us coming back, just not often enough to make this place a favorite.

  I used to go here all the time and hang out in the bar area. Maybe get an appetizer to snack on. Always had great service. Never had to wait on drinks or food.
  
  The other night me and the ex husband took the kids here to eat. It was a Tuesday and kids eat free so I expected a big noisy crowd. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't that crowded and no more noisy than usual. We had an awesome waitress. She made me nervous when she didn't write our order down but she got it ALL right! Drink refills were timely without us having to ask. Food was really good also. We really had an enjoyable time.
