  I go to Gao's Chinese Buffet about 3 times a week, and I'm not really a fan of buffets. Sometimes my family will go to another Chinese place in a bigger city and we wish we had just gone back to the small town of Florala to Gao's instead.
  
  At Gao's the food is always fresh, which is one reason I love this buffet. When you walk in the door they start making just enough food for the people dining there. You don't have to worry about food sitting on the buffet for hours and being stale because its always freshly made just for you.
  
  Gao and his son Mike run the restaurant and they are super nice. If you would rather order off the menu and want something modified, they are always happy to help out. Mike always remembers the regular's drink orders too. You can also order hot green tea for after your meal.
  
  I love getting a medley of vegetables and tofu from them when I order takeout. My mom loves "Wendy's Cheesecake" on the buffet. The egg rolls and spring rolls are always fried to perfection and never overly greasy.
  
  My boyfriend, who doesn't even care for typical Chinese food,  likes going here with me and even suggests eating at Gao's. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
