Gateway Grille

From the outside, this place looks like it would be terrific.  I ordered the Shepard's Pie.  It was a hamburger with mashed potatoes on top and some green beans.  My kids ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and Butternut Squash soup.  The Fettuccine was raw in some pieces.  The soup was interesting in that it was super sweet and tasted "orangy"  Both kids remarked it tasted more like a dessert.  Our waitress was kind.

The food was forgettable and the service was awful. The servers were nice but this place is very poorly managed. If you go, just get their yummy deserts.

Had the chicken verde burrito which was ok. Rice and beans were barely warm. Wife had the Alfredo without the chicken and it was very good. You won't go wrong here. Everyone around seemed to be enjoying their meals. We will go back.
