This place is awesome, I cannot believe that it is in a town of this size! We were looking for a place to crash while driving late, and found a deal in Colfax. We were limited on dining options at 10pm, but they were open, and had some of the best pizza I have ever had. Â I will definitely make a point to stop there on my way through next time!

This is a gem in rural IA. Â I have been eating here for several years on my trips West to East and return. Â I just can't get enough of their pizza. Â We even take any leftovers for the next day on the road. Â It is robust with a great crust and you select you favorite toppings.

Amazingly hip vibe and killer food. I had the skinny pizza and hubby had the geogio's sub. Fantastic. Good house wine too. Pull off the highway here! Carly is a great server too. You can't go wrong here.

I stopped here for lunch on a road trip from Illinois to Colorado.
The service was good and friendly. Our server who is also the owner told us a little about his place and the pizzas and was very good about substitutions (we had vegetarians in our party who wanted one of his specialty pizzas without meat).
The pizza itself was not bad. I thought some of his creations were a little far fetched (I did not try them, so I can't say for sure but the mix of ingredients sounded a little weird for pizza).
I went with the vegetarian pizza and added sausage to make it more of a supreme pizza.

The worst service I have ever had, 20 minutes and not even a drink order with over half the tables empty... Terrible!

Georgioz is a must try for any pizza goers. The homemade sauce and dough will make sure you know that you are eating top notch pizza. The price is a bit steep for some people, but the food is completely worth it! They also have some amazing sandwiches and salads (which are huge) if you are not feeling pizza, but the pizza is the headline here. Well worth the drive to the small town of colfax for.
