I felt like I was in an episode of Bar Rescue.
The before, not the after.
They get an extra star for the giant Gremlin out front. That in and of itself is worthy of a quick photo opp. But you should really just end your experience there.
We popped in for a drink since the Mexican place next door doesn't have alcohol and apparently this crowd couldn't go more than an hour without a drink. It was dark and kind of awkward, with more bartenders working than there were customers.
I made the smartest decision of the night by ordering a gin and tonic. The tonic was completely flat, but I still ordered right. For the guys who wanted beer, it was seriously slim pickings. Half of the tap handles were out as well as at least half of the bottle list. I think they got Guinness (in bottles) on their fourth try. The bartender was nice about it and took something off the check, but man, work on your ordering system bar manager.
Maybe if I lived in Fairburn I'd come here. But otherwise I'll continue to ignore it.
