Gramma's Cafe

I recommend you spend some time driving around to small towns and stopping for lunch at local cafes. See the real America. This wonderful small cafe/restaurant is in a very small Iowa town (population is about 250 more or less). You will find the usual town cafe menu here. I went for a hamburger with everything on it, french fries, and apple pie for dessert (key lime is not on the menu, but then I wouldn't expect it to be). This is a great place for a tasty and satisfying lunch. Then wander through the old hardware store that is nearby. The old bank building is also to be admired.
