This restaurant is not a bad place, as far as Chinese takeout goes. It's a little dingy and very small, but sometimes those are the best places for food. They offer the usual Chinese fare that most Americans would appreciate with a few offerings that might seem a little foreign to white-bread types (of which I am not one). The main problem I have with this restaurant is the staff, which I feel may need medicating. Once when I ordered takeout, there was a full on screaming match between the three people behind the counter. Never mind me standing there at the register, waiting patiently for it to end. Yet another time, the person packing my to go bag dropped my container of rice on the admittedly grimy floor and just picked it up and placed it in my bag. Made we wonder what other tricks they have. Hmmmm. Anyway, I do rarely order from this restaurant still upon occasion, but I don't think I'd go so far as to recommend it.
Also, I've never tried their buffet - but it seems to attract a curious crowd some days. Maybe that's where the magic lies, I can't say. Someday when I'm feeling courageous enough, I may give it a try.
