  We came here for breakfast while camping nearby. Walking in, we were greeted nicely and the staff turned out to be very nice. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the breakfast. Compared to Jogail's Country Cookin', which is a few miles down the road in VA, this just did not measure up. Eggs were fine and made right, but sausage, biscuits, gravy, toast, yelly, was all of the cheapest, likely frozen, variety. The price was certainly good, but I'd rather pay a few extra bucks and get something tasty.

  My husband and I have been to Greg's four times since moving to Capon Bridge in the fall of 2010. We both feel like it's not enough and circumstances permitting, we plan to incorporate the quaint little restaurant into our monthly "dine-out" ritual. It was, indeed, once a McDonald's fast food restaurant. Greg's has appropriately incorporated the side drive thru window as an option for customer's to call in orders and then just drive though and get the order without ever leaving the car. Although rare for this type of sit-down restaurant, I find it's a welcome surprise. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. The service is friendly and timely. The menu contains something for everyone with a children's section and (most convenient for my taste), breakfast served all day. The prices are very easy on the wallet, which is becoming harder and harder to fond these days. Over all, it's a wonderful choice if the goal is to find a casual, down-to-earth, small town diner with great food and excellent prices. I no longer miss the McDonald's that once stood in its place.

  Best cole slaw I've ever had.  Really. The rest of my dinner was fine, but the slaw really was the star.  And the sweet tea was spot on!
  
  Also, this place has interesting 'character' to it.  Will definately go back.

  Stopped into what must have been at one time a fast food restaurant and got a delish bagel with egg and potatoes on it, plus a really good cup of coffee.  Don't expect NY area style bagels, but the sandwich was good.
