Grove Theater

No, not Carnegie Hall, but a grey place to meet and a wonderful place that High Places Community Church gives to the community for its use.  Great group of people.

The Grove has been a nice addition to the local arts scene. After years serving as a movie theater, it's become a "real" theater again, thanks to local initiative and the generosity of the church that owns the building (and uses other parts of it for church services and Sunday school). The stage that was hidden behind the movie screen for many years has been exposed once again and is used for concerts and other performances.

It's not exactly Carnegie Hall, but the acoustics seem to be OK, the refurbished seats are fairly comfortable -- and there are plenty of them (several hundred -- I'm not sure how many the auditorium holds), and the spacious lobby is a good place for mingling during intermission.
