What can I say? The Habanero Mexican Grill is THE BEST mexican restaurant around...period (and my personal favorite). I highly recommend the Tacos De Chorizo (with Mexican sausage and homemade hot salsa) and their fried ice cream! Their food is more authentically Mexican than the majority of the restaurants I have encountered. You'll savor every bite! Furthermore, the service is excellent. Do yourself a favor and stop by when you are driving through Collins, MS. It is located in the building where "Specks" and "The Blue Willow Cafe" used to be (right next to Liberty Inn on 49).
