This is a simple diner in small-town, north central Kansas. The folks that run it are friendly, as are the patrons. Â The food is good and the servings are large but don't expect anything fancy. Nothing is expensive here; my cheeseburger and large serving of curly fries was less than six bucks. I saw the day's special, lasagne, salad and garlic bread, being served at another table and it looked delicious--for less than seven dollars. I don't know if we'll ever be back in Lincoln again, but if we are, we'll be sure to stop in at the Happy Days Diner.
