Hardee's

This is probably the worst fast food place I've been to. I go here probably once every 6 months because it's close to a family member's house. They have the slowest service in the world. The average time is around 10 minutes at night for anything. One time I ordered something from the Red Burrito menu and they were out of everything from the Red Burrito menu. How is that possible? Tonight I ordered two nacho bowls and after paying was told they forgot that they were out of lettuce. My sister tells me the manager is always rude to her. I've had enough. I'm never going back after tonight.  How is this place still in business?
