They are closed Mon, Tues. and Wednesday. Â Wednesday night they fire up the wood oven and start baking bread on Thursday am. Â Today right at 11:00AM we got to try hot bread right out of the oven and get a tour. Â Awesome. Â You're missing out if you haven't tried the breads and unique pizzas.
Oh, and I forgot to mention the Szechuan Cinnamon Roll. Â MMMMMMMMM
