  Loved loved loved this place!!  I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good bite to eat and a good beer.  Jennifer is an amazing host and the clientele that you meet at the bar is fantastic! I had the Pastrami sandwich and I would definitely get it again. The portions werent huge, but this was a nice change to get a nice sized meal that doesnt leave you over stuffed AND the ingredients tasted fresh!  Much enjoyed!!

  Great restaurant! I went here on a whim with a friend as we were driving up to Garberville. I signed up for Yelp simply to commend the service and food. Although it looks unsuspecting on the outside, when you walk in you'll be greeted by the friendly owner, Jennifer, a great clientele and an inviting bar. We even met the mayor, Fuzzy! I had the pastrami sandwich and the cheesecake. Both were excellent. I strongly recommend Hopland Tap House.

  A gorgeous stop on a sunny day stroll through Hopland.  Love the minimal but fashionably old fashioned decor (old wood, pressed tin, you know).  A small, but decent selection of tipples and nibbles, plus shuffleboard.  I can see this being a great hangout for the locals, as well as a welcome respite from wine (though they serve that too!).  We only stayed for a drink (gotta pace yourself), but a good time was had by all.

  This is a great place.  The new owner is committed and has great energy.  The menu, while limited, was darn good.  Can't wait to see what happens here in the summer.

  Newly open in the former and now nicely remodeled Mendocino Brewing Co building, very warm and inviting (as was the on-site owner, Jennifer).   Initial menu is very limited but should have something for everyone  (quality casual?). Several sandwiches, I tried the turkey and my wife the pastrami. Both good with the pastrami slightly better. I'm hoping they add some simple sides (salad, chips something!). Jennifer offered a sample if her chilli, well worth trying and the nachos sounded great and we'll have to try next time.
  
  The owner, Jennifer is committed to quality food.  Expect the menu to grow and improve. Nice beer list and wine from Saracina. Live music scheduled Saturday, Dec. 15th.  Closed Tuesday, open 11:30-9:00 otherwise.
  
  Go for a nice break from wine tasting and good food!
