This review is for lunch on the restaurant side:
Sub-par at best.  Ordered the almost famous wings, crawfish enchiladas (both a restaurant specialty) and cobb salad. Wings were simply thrown in fryer and covered in a sweet and spicy sauce that I didn't care for. Crawfish enchiladas were a disaster. Two cheap flour tortillas filled with fryed popcorn crawfish tail and smothered in some weird cheap cheese sauce.  The cobb salad was nothing special topped with frozen chicken strips. I was going to order oysters at first but they didn't have any, kinda glad they were out. On request to change the channel to a game that was playing, they did, but the direct tv froze and they made no attempt to fix it. On the up side the staff was friendly and the place seemed clean. The one star is for the food and missing the game.

Couldn't be a bigger fan of Hub's Pub.

I'm from Bonne Terre and, unfortunately, don't make it home too often.  When I do, I can always count on having a good time at Hub's.  It's owned by Brandon Hubbard, who is as solid as it gets.  In fact, the entire Hubbard family is.  The bartenders are always super nice and attentive, and the booze is cheap.  They also feature live bands at least once a week, which is always a blast.  There's a front bar area, a wide open room with a pool table, lots of actual tables with chairs, a stage with a dance floor, and also a beer garden for the summer time.  Let's not forget the two sand volleyball courts.  I was fortunate enough to make it down a few times two summers ago for the Thursday night league.  Total blast.  This guy loves his sand volleyball.  There's also a courtside bar, which is awesome.  Come to think of it, my friends and I actually won a charity tournament that summer.

Unfortunately, I've never had the food.  The place recently converted from "Hub's Pub" to "Hub's Pub and Grill."  They may want to change the name on here.  I have, however, heard that the food is really good.  This is no surprise.  Brandon wouldn't dare screw it up.  Can't wait to get back down there and grub.

This place gives meaning to the term "dive bar." I found myself in Bonne Terre for a fundraiser, and the group wanted to head to Hub's because it's apparently the place to be. The good news is that it lived up to the hype! I knew when we walked in and the ATM didn't work that it was going to be a good night.

Service here is awesome, there's live music and as many ribs as you can eat. Be prepared for a smokey, loud atmosphere, with tons of people wanting to have fun. I'm so happy I got to see this local spot.
