I always go into this lounge prior to a concert at Pine Knob (I'm old school - refuse to call it by it's new name)... It's a great place to hang before and after shows. I almost always can get a table as I'm usually pretty early. They do take reservations, but rules vary depending on the show. I once tried to make reservations  but they were only accepting them for VIP ticket holders. I ended up getting a table out in the sun while there are several empty ones under the shelter almost the entire time I was in there. The service is not great. The wait staff congregates in what looks to be the doorway to the kitchen and it takes them a bit to notice someone is in their section - this has happened on more than one occasion. They changed the menu this year :( it is very limited and not that great. Please bring back the old menu!!!!!
If you walk up to the bar for a drink, be prepared for long lines. The prices have gone up significantly since last year, kind of a bummer paying $10/drink plus tip.. I always have Autumn make my drinks, she's fast, friendly, and mixes a decent long island.. Maybe I see her too much, because I don't even have to tell her what I want, she already knows!!
