My sons and I, stopped here for lunch on the 4th of July, when it turned out the rest of the town was closed up for the day.
When we asked what they were 'known for', we were told "our burgers or the Reuben'. Â Considering we just drove down from the Cities to burn some old gas out of a collector car, I wasn't about to risk getting a Reuben that was a disappointment. Â So all three of us ordered burgers.
Totally impressed!  The food.  The service  (Thanks Tawni!).  The cleanliness.  Everything was awesome.
But the burgers... man, oh man... they were out of this world! Â I've never had a better burger. Â Ever. Â
We'll be back. Â And in the meantime, I'm telling all of my friends!
I had to try a reuben since it's practically the name of the place, and it was pretty good. Â However, it was the cup of clam chowder I got before the reuben that was a delightful surprise. Â It was thick and had lots of clams. Â The bartender was good, and they had a couple of local beers on tap.
