All I can say is ghetto!!! These Chics that work here seriously lack social skills. My friend and I were missing a item from our order so we went back and told them so the ghetto night manager walks out and yells at me stating I am lying because she knows it's there. Seriously people I am not trying to scam u out of a freaking egg roll.
Review Source:I ought to be able to put 0 stars. Well that's what I would rate. Jack in the Box has some good food but this particular location was really stupid. We got there late so only the drive through was open. My friend who was driving had a bunch of coupons, but the peon who was taking our order said we could only use one of them, and if we were to use the other coupons we'd have to drive around and order again. How idiotic is that? My friend wanted to speak to the manager then decided he was fed up and drove on up, then flipped off the window as we drove through and ended up going to Burger King up the street, which DID allow the use of more than one coupon for our group.
Review Source:It looked like more people stopped here for the restrooms than the food. Its in the middle of nowhere...err Mojave Desert at the 14 and 58.
At 7:30am the place was clean and mostly empty, the people behind the counter were nice and friendly . The restroom was clean when I went in and left. The had no problems making my custom order and got it out to me quick. I'm not a fan of fast food, but if I had to go back through Mojave and wanted a bite to eat... I might stop in again.
Ok, I questioned if reviewing a fast food joint was even yelp worthy, but then I decided of course it is. Fast food joints need feedback too.
Well the secret (well for those who don't know we that well,everyone else will not be surprised by this statement) is out. I go to Jack In The Box and not because it is somewhere to get a coke and something to eat. I actually seek Jack In The Box out when I'm in CA visiting friends. As bad for me as they may be, I love Jack In the Box tacos. JITB tacos are an acquired taste I will admit, but I am one of those people who adore them and can eat a lot of them in one sitting.
So how excited was I when on my last trip to CA on our way home from Mammoth, we had to stop for something to eat and our only options were fast food. Nobody wanted to make a decision on where to eat (they'll never do that again) so I picked Jack In The Box.
Now I went into the restaurant with low expectations. I am under no illusion the food here is great. But this particular Jack In The Box managed to disappoint me even with low expectations. The lady behind the counter was rude, the soda machine was out of Root Beer both up front and in the back and they made no apologies about it, and it took forever to get our food even though nobody was in there. The bathrooms weren't real clean either.
I know working in a fast food restaurant isn't the greatest of jobs, but if you are going to do it "be all you can be". Who knows you work hard and put a smile on your face and have pride in your work environment you may own the joint one day. Stranger things have happened.
I did not give this one star because it is a fast food place. I gave tis one star because the overall experience sucked.
BTW, my tacos were yummy!
