Jaffre does a great job. I eat here regularly & consider it the best Italian food in the area. Salads are delicious; appetizers are excellent. The pasta & dinners are consistently well executed & they got a good gravy (tomato sauce).
The Tin Lizzy is an old building, circa 1890s, so it has an interesting ambience. The dining room is small, so I'd recommend reservations on a Friday or Saturday night. There's a great little martini bar upstairs & you can eat out on the deck, weather permitting. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the pizza & the desserts.
