Jalapeno's Mexican Grill

If you are looking for good, quality mexican food, keep driving...
The chips & salsa were not complimentary, which wasn't a big turn off. However, the chips were obviously out of a bag and a little stale. The salsa was more liquified tomato than salsa, with very little flavor. I found myself eating it with my spoon as it is impossible to get any to stay on a chip.
My enchiladas were also very tasteless. The red sauce tasted like tomato paste, very little Mexican spices or flavor.
The service was... well I guess someone did take our order and bring us food.  The "waitress" took a call on her cell phone while at our table and the cook stood and talked to people at the counter the entire time we were there so it wasn't exactly service.  
Overall, you are better off going to the gas station and getting a microwave burrito.
