JD Sports Bar & Grill

The bar is actually fine, the drinks are fairly strong and big. The burgers are good, the nachos are loaded up, and the jalepeno cheesesticks are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!  However, the one waitress, which we have repeated had, is TERRIBLE! Twice we have ordered the jale sticks and a bacon cheeseburger (well done) with lettuce and mayo. Twice we have not gotten bacon. Twice we have gotten an underdone burger and  no mayo. The first time, I defended her, as she appeared new. Boyfriend had a conversation with her about proper waitressing but still tipped her. Tonight, when boyfriend mentioned our (numerous) issues, she simply smiled and shrugged as if to say "what can you do?*" Sadly, we have made the decision not to return to JD's even though it is walking distance and the food and drinks are otherwise good.

*in the interest of full disclosure, the manager did give us 50% off the burger but it's not worth the hassle to return.

Best Chicago-style pizza anywhere. Good service. The grilled Courthouse steaks and burgers are delicious. Includes a sports bar with 10 flat screen TVs and all football teams on "The Sunday Ticket". There is a separate dining room for the family restaurant.
