There is just too much bread, the employee that was there last visit had a personality like a wet mop, I don't know if he knew how to smile. Â Or suggest sandwiches. Â Igot a turkey concoction, it wasn't good. Â The two times I had been there before the sandwiches were a bit bland and bready.
Review Source:I'm a Jimmy John's fan. Â I've been a fan of the bread for years; it's got a nice crust, a little like French. Â The shops are full of pre-fabricated "flair," and you can happily read oddball signs while they make your sandwich.
This particular shop is designed to be entered from the back, where the lot is, not from the street. Â You can enter either way, but coming in from the street, you walk by the bathrooms to get to the counter.
I'm a vegetarian, so basically I'm having the vegetarian sandwich or vegetarian club. Â It was tasty, with a nice hit from the guacamole, and almost a little too much lettuce. Â Wish I'd realized you have to order the "wheat" (whole wheat, I presume) bread when you order the sandwich - apparently it costs more. Â Server was friendly even though I wasn't totally with it.
They had day-old bread for sale. Â Since I've been coming to Jimmy Johns for 10 years for the bread, this is a real plus.
