These guys moved to Paradise and changed their menu. The new menu is pretty basic. I had the pulled pork sandwich, it was good but the choice of sauces didn't compliment the meat at all, just covered up the good smoke the meat had  The sides were all average except the beans, they were watery and bland :P
Paradise isn't exactly the culinary capital of the world. Given that, it was good food.
The servers were very nice, but service was really slow. I think when (if) they get in their groove, they will dominate the market, providing no one else in town steps up.
I have eaten a LOT of pulled pork across this great nation and I am extremely impressed by this small diner up in the pines. Â The pork has great flavour and isn't soggy with heavy sauce...and it was served just the way it should be....wearing a vinegar base slaw also made just right. Â The great food paired with friendly service makes this a place we will definitely come back to. Â Oh, and they have Moon Pies in the fridge and complementary ice cream ...does it get any better than that?
Review Source:Do you know how hard it is to find a Philly Cheesesteak on the Ridge? Much less one that makes your mouth water every time you think about it?
Well, that's what Jim  does.  He's up-scaled from a catering truck to a restaurant and now we can sit, enjoy the scenery of the golf course and wallow in food nirvana.
Ahhhh...tis good, tis good! Â Go...you won't be disappointed!
