Jims Bar and Grill

People who have gone into this before always told me how dark and smokey it is. I went in here and it is indeed dark, but not as smokey as I thought it would have been. There was only one bartender working. Even though it is a bar and grill, I would have loved to enjoyed one of Jim's Favorites. The Jalapeno Burger looked really good. But the bartender who was this fine looking cougar said she didn't want to open up the kitchen. With the only person working, she didn't feel comfortable being away from the bar area. When I first got there, she was a bit snippy with me, but she eventually warmed up. If it is both a bar and a grill, then there should be at least two people.

There is only one TV and it looked like a small 16in TV. So you are spending your entire time starring at computer screens for gambling. It isn't good for a solo act. There is a band stand, but I don't know how active it gets used because I didn't see anything that promoted it's use.

All I got to say about this is that it seems the perfect candidate for Spike TVs Bar Rescue. It definitely needs a makeover to make it more of an attractive hangout. But maybe this isn't what Jim wants. He may in fact may wanted a run down hole in the wall feel.
