Consistently good. My husband and I have tried everything from hamburgers to hoagies, to catfish to wings. I have had the appetizers, the salads, the deserts. The service is wonderful 90% of the time. They offer a punch card for frequent visitors. The past 2 years during the holidays they offered 1/2 off gift cards. This place is consistent with food and service.
Review Source:Went back to this place after the last time we ordered take out and asked for add onions on a hamburger and got home and none of the burgers had buns, when we called them about it u could hear the girl in the background saying but she asked for no buns.. well tried them out again to day. They have changed their onion rings, oily battered mess. No onions on the burger, no steak fries instead floppy undercooked regular fries. The people taking the order even got the name wrong. there was 2 cups of tartar sauce in the bag when does anyone eat that with hamburgers or chicken tenders? This place used to be really good but i see it going down hill fast. STOP CHANGING THINGS. People ate there for a reason go back to ur old fries and onion rings. I would hate to try anything else on the menu to be just disappointed.
Review Source:Are family was introduced to JT's when we fist moved here a year ago and have really liked the food every time we go which is often. They are very consistent and have really good wing sauce (we prefer honey gold). We also like to get the fried pickles with ranch, they are so tasty. Im also gluten free and they have a gluten free menu and even have gluten free buns!
Review Source:We heard this place was good so we gave them a try. We were a large group and were told we would have to wait to be seated although the place was far from full. A customer overheard the conversation and offered to move for us which was very kind. Once seated the service was sporadic and very uncoordinated. Our orders were taken and a couple appetizers were also ordered and after 20 minutes or so we had to ask about the appetizers. They finally brought appetizers out and they were so greasy the breading was falling off. The food slowly came out one order at a time as if we were at separate tables. The people on one end of table had finished their food before the other end ever received theirs. Orders were mixed up and sides left off. One order of chicken strips came out so overcooked they were hard as a rock and a very very dark brown. When asked about this we were told that they had to move them from one cooker to another and when they did the grease caught fire. I could not believe they actually served them!!!! We were told they would be happy to give us a gift card for the trouble. It would take a lot more than a gift card to get any of us to ever go back to this place!!!!! I am not saying to not try this place, but I am saying don't have high expectations if you do. As they say, "no expectations, no disappointments!"
Review Source:Ok, I gave this five stars because when we left the restaurant we were completely satisfied: both with the quality of the food and the quality of the service. Â I had a variety of appetizers including cheese sticks, fried pickles and some home made type potato chips. All were fabulous. Â My blackened burger, served with seasoned fries, likewise was a thoroughly satisfying experience. When I was finished I thought I couldn't eat anymore. Â That was before the waitress tempted me with one of the most exotic and seemingly purely Southern desserts: a fried Twinkie. Â Yes, it is a heart attack on a stick but what a way to go! Â It had a very funnel-cake taste. Â It certainly capped off a great and filling meal. Â So, if you are ever in the Munford area, do yourself a favor and stop off at JT's. Â you won't be disappointed.
