Jug's Main Street Tap

This place is no California Pizza Kitchen, thank God, but it has Great greasy bar pizza. Stop here on the way home from Galena. It's better than any pizza you will find in Galena in flavor, crust and price.

Not a bad place to stop in for a beer or two whether you're with a group of people or just by yourself to watch a game.  It's much larger inside than it appears to be from the street, so there's plenty of room for groups.  Hungry?  They make pretty good burgers and fries to kill the grumbling in your belly.  I was here on a Sunday afternoon and there weren't many patrons in the bar so my meal came out pretty quickly.  

Since I was just passing through town and was driving, I wasn't drinking, so I can't comment on the beer/liquor selection here.  But judging from the number of brew signs on the walls, I don't think you'll have any trouble finding something you like.  

Bottom line, it's definitely worth a visit if in the area, but I wouldn't go way out of my way to come here.
