Kaffe Stuga

On a recent day trip to St Croix Valley, a local we met at a coffee shop told us about this little gem! We decided to make the 24 mile trip to Kaffe Stuga to try the hot roast beef sandwich she described with such detail. This place was small town America like anywhere in the country. In fact, I kept looking around the corner to see if Aunt Bee would walk out of the kitchen wearing her signature apron. Our next trip to this restaurant will be for the roast pork. I finished off this visit with a piece of their pecan pie.  ANNDDYY!!!!

Food here was pretty good.  It was busy, which is a good sign.

I had the all you can eat fish and shrimp buffet. It was good and well stocked.

I wouldn't say that this is a place that I would go out of my way for, but I would definitely stop again if I was in the area.

Food was good and the staff was friendly. A little slow service, but the laid back atmosphere was great for breakfast while on vacation.
