Kardale's

Did not find this place to be super good. Frozen food that's been heated up or cooked. But Holyoke does not really have many options

Holy smoke Holyoke you have a winner here. I asked a guy where the best place in town was to get breakfast and he pointed across the street to Kardale's I said thanks and walked across the street. Coming up to the door there was a couple people coming out, I asked what was good on the menu, and without any hesitation they quickly said the Haystack, I said thanks and walked in.
As I entered I was greeted to how ya doin, and sit anywhere you want and I'll be right with ya. With menu in hand and coffee on the way I browse over the menu, and there it was the Haystack it is offered in a whole order or half, I ordered the half.
The waitress brings out a large pile of crispy golden brown hash browns with real sausage gravy (not out of a bag or can) spread across the top of it and hidden underneath the hash browns were 2 sausage paddies. I called the waitress over and said I thought ordered the half order, and she smiles and said that is the half order.
