I'll preface this review by stating that I'm not a fan of KFC in general. Â That being said, my husband and I thought this was be a good convenient place to meet up with some family we were visiting in Arkansas last month. Â Wrong!
We travel a lot, and service is sometimes hit or miss, depending on many factors. Â I understand that. Â Most of my reviews take things like crowds and staff shortage situations into consideration, and this is my first 1 star rating. Â But in this case, we were in an nearly empty restaurant. Â There was just no excuse for the poor service, old dried up chicken (not even the buffet - all items were ordered right off the menu but looked like they'd been sitting out all day!!), and inaccurate order fulfillment. Â Literally all 5 of us dining in that afternoon had at least one thing wrong with our orders - in one case the dinner was completely different than I personally had ordered. Â How is it possible to get things so mixed up when you're only serving one set of customers per half hour interval? Â When we expressed this to the young man bringing out our plates, he sort of shrugged and looked at us like "what do you want ME to do about it?" Â Hhhm, nothing...lesson learned - we won't be back during our next visit to AR.
