Owner is dishonest, ornery, and cheap. Â The building is windowless and looks like it hasn't been maintained since the 60's. Â Carpet is thread bare and dirty. Â Smells emanating from the bathroom is horrendous. While the food is marginal, it's not worth going into this place to try it.
