  Disclosure: I am a friend of the family.
  
  Nothing like good 'ol fashioned authentic Mexican cooking. Everything is made fresh and served served piping hot.  No utensils needed (but available).
  
  The beef/carne is well-marinated/seasoned and if the dish has bones, it falls right off.  The flour tortillas? Magical.  Frijoles are tasty. Homemade salsa and salsa verde made with fresh peppers/jalapenos.
  
  Mrs Perez calls one of my most favorite dishes "beef and potatoes".  BUT it is SO MUCH MORE. A masterpiece of peppers, spices, flavors simmering with love.  Take your freshly made tortilla and soak it in the chili goodness and add a bit of carne and potatoes for a bite of heaven.
  
  I would fly out to Arkansas for this stuff.  No joke.
  
  Spongebob Awesomeness: 5 krabby patties and would make Spongebob move to Star City and wear a cowboy hat and boots (and a matching over-sized belt buckle).
