  I will drive hours for good food and I am so happy to have found this restaurant. Being raised in California, I had yet to find a good taco place in North Carolina (and I tried all the way to Raleigh and Charlotte), til I came across Las Palmas. This is as authentic as it gets! Staff is so friendly and the food will have you coming for more. I would recommend the Big Burrito and the tortas but I always get some tacos on the side. Carnitas are my favorite, but if you like cabeza and tripas, this place rivals the restaurants in California. I have tried the mole, enchiladas, aguas frescas, deep fried ice cream... I like it all so far.  Prices are affordable for the good portions! The tacos are decent size too, not those tiny tortillas they have at other places.
