Lil G's Cajun Market

There's so much here, but I've only tried
the homemade pork boudin, the fresh alligator/pork sausage
and the fried pork skins.
All really good stuff.

They also have a lot of ready-to-bake meals though too.

Always worth a stop on the way to/from gulf shores.
You can get it all cooked for you here too so you can eat along the way!
