I have been to some great Chinese restaurants in a number of small towns, this isn't one of them. I was in town for a motorcycle event and I ended up walking around main street looking for a bite. I almost walked past Ling Ling's but I noticed they a sign on the door that said "buffet". I was seated and the waitress walked away after I said I wanted they buffet. I found out that if you wanted a drink you had to get it yourself.
The plates and cups were Styrofoam, and the silverware was plastic. The buffet consisted of about 10 or so dishs plus some soup and dessert. Some of my favorites tasted and looked completely different from what the label said. The food was cold in some parts and generally poor quality. I noticed a trash can, so I bused my own table and went up to pay the check. The bill was very low but I could have walked down to Subway and got a foot long sub for about the same price.
I will not be going back to Ling Ling. Also they do not except credit/debit cards.

The drive from State College to Niagara sure is a pretty one. On back roads of PA and NY, one has to be careful where one stops for a quick lunch. We wanted to try something new.

We didn't have very many options in Ridgway. A couple cafes, a McDonald's and a subway. I warned the girlfriend that a Chinese restaurant in a small town risks of upsetting her sensitive stomach, but she wouldn't listen. We went in.

To our surprise, it was a Chinese buffet (no indication on sign or outside). The interior is exactly how you expect a Chinese buffet to look like. Pictures of dishes on the wall, a buffet of about 8 "hot food" slots, 2-3 deserts and a couple soups. $5+tx. Oh oh.

I carefully chose my food and did one and a half plates. If you had ask me to match the actual food with the labels on the buffet I wouldn't have been able to... the general tso looked nothing like I've ever seen it before. No breading, and a very dark brown sauce.

The old man from the couple stopped by and my girlfriend if we were together, and if she had "any papers to show for it". We finished and as I paid at the counter, the lady asked me: "Girlfriend not like food? She not eat much." I reassured her that she liked the food (she did), and I left satisfied. I had gotten my small town experience after all and it certainly beats another McDonald's.
