The Local Cafe & Pizzeria

My husband and I returned today and it was great.  We started with the potato skins, of course, which they decided to keep on the menu because of my rave reviews!  How cool is that?  Then we split a bacon, jalapeno cheeseburger.  It was juicy, flavorful, hot & delicious.  They even use fresh, local meat from McNeil Canyon.  The fries could have been a little more firm, but they are homemade so it wasn't enough to drop the rating.

 Now...let's talk about the pizza!  I can't remember the name but it had a jalapeno cream cheese base, mozzarella, chicken and red onions.  It was so delicious.  The crust was thick, yet crunchy and had such a nice flavor.  With all pizzas in town going toward the crunchy-thin type, this is such a nice change of pace.  

Everything was served with a smile and all of the customers we overheard were claiming they loved everything they had tried.  Pretty good reputation they've got there!

Time to go reheat all of our leftovers!  YEAH!!!
