    I'm very biased about this chain - I used to love going to Long John Silver's when traveling through Ohio and Kentucky just to get one of their free paper pirate hats to wear for a day or two.  While I no longer grab the paper hats, I still enjoy the delicious hush puppies and fried fish.

    They do have some healthier grill options for folks tryin to watch what they eat, but I'm all about the fry daddy fish when I stop by.

    This restaurant in the lovely town of Martin, Kentucky is right off of state highway 80. The place is clean and the folks working here are wonderfully nice, as only Appalachians can be.
