  Longhorn Steakhouse has been a power-force steakhouse in major South Eastern Cities for the past 15 years.  I have visited their establishments in Atlanta, Jacksonville FL, as well as some of their newer ventures in Pennsylvania.  All of these dining experiences have been consistent, enjoyable, and the Steaks, Sides and Service have always been excellent.  
  
  My Issue with the Kingsland Longhorn is that I feel that Longhorn has possibly lost its way and needs to focus on the essentials that made them on of my most favorite American restaurant chains.  Not to harp on the importance of needing consistency, but in my opinion, this is what makes a chain restaurant truly great.   If you go to a Longhorn in Jacksonville you want the same experience in Atlanta, Right?  If you are traveling out of town, and you see a Longhorn in Scranton PA, you want a similar Longhorn experience.  
  
  Longhorn always produced the same product and service.  This is what I loved about them!  Unfortunately, the Kingsland GA Longhorn greatly misses the mark.  
  
  As far as the Food, Its consistent Longhorn quality, but when coupled with the poor service, frequent mistakes and bad attitudes, it totally makes for a bad experience.
