    Clean from the moment you enter.  Old time cafe atmosphere with great simple menu and daily specials.  I will stop again when I travel thru Calvert again.

    My dad and I stopped here for lunch on the way back to Houston. This is a cute little town to stop in and look around. Loretta's is a simple place with excellent food.  I had the Patty Melt and it was really good. My dad had the chicken fried chicken and he said it was excellent as well.  I guess we were kind of surprised.

    If you're ever in the area make sure to stop and give it a try.
