  This is probably one of the worst Mexican restaurants there is, but for Coushatta it is okay.  They are not very consistant.  One day the salsa may be good, and the next day it may be nothing but red water.  They are normally pretty stingy with the meat in the quesadillas as well.  Basically this place is just kinda hit and miss.
