I went for lunch on a Saturday with my boys. Overpriced and mediocre service. Decor is pretty generic too. Ribs were really expensive for the quality - cold and not good. At least it looked clean. May give it a try in the future, because it's too close not to.

    this place is terrible.

our group was told to set where ever when we walked in, then we sat there for almost 10 min before anyone came over to us.
we ordered drinks and she was gone again for a long time, we could see the drinks seating on the bar. there was no one at the other tables and only 3 people at the bar.

Once we got our drinks we ordered food and she did not come back for refills. the food was delivered by the manger who  took the drink orders. no one ever stopped by to see if things were okay, we did not have silverware, my friend went to the counter and got it for us, half the food came out wrong and again no more refills till she showed up with the checks.

The only thing good here were the fries.

Another reviewer said that Lucky's is the best kept secret in Marysville an I totally agree. They have the best wings and the best cheese fries (order them with bacon) in town.

My wife and I eat there at least every other week. Menu doesn't change much.

Depends on your server the service is sometimes spotty. Mike is the best. I wish though that they had more appetizers half price during happy hour.

It had been a while since I ventured over to Lucky's in Marysville. I sometimes forget that it evens exists, but I was glad to give it another try.

Our server was a little.... new, or just shouldn't even be a server period, because when asking about Martini selection she shrugged her shoulders and even when someone asked how one of their dishes on the menu was compared to other establishments, you guessed it, another shrug of her shoulders. We laughed it off, but it certainly may be discouraging to others.

The wings here are similar to Roosters in a sense, and the sauce is very.... wet and well saucy, but the point is, they are good and I would definitely order these again.

Another thing I must rave about are their fries. Holy cow, are these good! They're nice and crispy, but have small crunch kernels on the outside like someone dumped them in a deep fryer after frying a bunch of things before it with lots of batter. Yum.

The drinks were good, too! We couldn't complain since it was ladies night, so discounts all around!

The ambiance of this place is dark, like a bar and grille, and the seating arrangments encourage those to bring the whole family, or groups of people, but they also have smaller tables for couples going out. The place is nothing over the top, or underwelming it's just fine the way it is.

The downside...  not realizing it was karaoke night... my poor ear drums.

Pricey and the staff is not always friendly.  I have always had nice bartenders.  The food is nothing to rave about, neither is the music/bands.

Fried pickles the way my pregnant wife loves them.  Battered pickle spears, NOT CHIPS, deep fried to golden awesomeness.  Nice place right around the corner from a few friends houses.  A little more then your standard pub fair.

I kind of hesitate about reviewing this place, because in our family's mind this place is the best kept secret in Marysville. If the word gets out about this place, we won't be able to just walk in and sit down like a family with 3 kids needs to do when eating out. We never go to Applebees anymore because we've always been asked to wait, and by the time we get seated our kids are approaching wits end.

But we're net fretting about not being able to go to Applebees anymore, because the food at Lucky's is better. Lucky's is probably far better known as being the neighborhood bar. It's happening times are late Friday's and Saturday nights, and into the early morning hours. But for our family it's great for weeknight dinners, and our favorite, Sunday lunch.

Tons of food options, most all of them very good. I love the chicken salad pita. It's like a gyro, but made with chicken salad instead of lamb. It's a niche thing, as even though I like it, my wife can do without it. Not that she thinks it's bad food, but it's just not her taste.

With everything they offer there is something good for everyone. We've been going ever since this place replaced the San Francisco Hofbrau resteraunt.... which was bad. That was probably a couple years ago, and we've eaten here dozens and dozens of times since. As long as nothing changes about this place we'll be eating here for decades. I jut hope it doesn't start getting crowded, making us have to wait. ;-)
