This is NOT the restaurant you would expect in Quinlan!   The food is wonderful -- I have eaten here many times since they opened and it is always extremely good food!  The wait staff and management are also always very professional and welcoming.  I would give it 5 stars except for the price.  A little on the high side for this area!   But, again, the food is exquisite!  For lunch occasionally we will get the large Pan Pizza to go and it is so heavy, it is difficult to carry the box!!   Mmmmm, good!!

Excellent food! My party of 5 adults enjoyed our meal at Luigi's. We had a variety of entrees (salads, subs, and pastas) and everything was delicious. Our waiter (Deacon I think) was just about the nicest waiter I've ever encountered - a very friendly and polite young man.

My only complaint is that there is a smoking section, so the whole restaurant smells and looks a bit like smoke, but if you sit in the non-smoking section it's not so bad that it would bother you.

Next time I'm in the area I'd be happy to eat at this restaurant again!

Great great place. And the manager is a perfect gentleman. He even comes around to the tables if he can during your visit. He always makes sure we are hàppy with our food. I usually go once to twice a week and try to take new friends as much as possible. I love their place in Rockwall too

Ah, Luigi's!  But  why Quinlan, you ask?  Quinlan is on the way to our lake house so we hit Luigi's either going to or coming from every time!   This place smells like an Italian food place ought to smell.  The pizza oven is close to the front so you get a big blast of delicious just walking in the door!  I love their lasagne and tried the Chicken Dino last night.  Penne pasta with chicken and the most delicious creamy tomato BRANDY sauce evah!  Yes, brandy and it  works really, REALLY well.   My partner in crime had the lobster ravioli and it was very tasty, not fishy and the ravioli's were al dente so it was all good.  Both dishes were very rich so we were only able to eat half each (great, now I have lunch for the next day!)  Of course, we started out with ceasar salads which turned out to be huge.(split one if you aren't really hungry!)   I have to compliment Luigi's on their ceasars.  The sauce was rich and had a definite hint of anchovies which is a must for me.  Finely shredded fresh cheese and crunchy, flavorful croutons with crisp romaine.  All served cold, not luke warm like a lot of places.  It was yummy and a great way to start our meal.   Good yeasty rolls with olive oil and garlic on top.  Yummy for the tummy!  This location of Luigi's has never disappointed and is excellent to have to rely on during a usually boring drive to the lake!
