Lumpy's Sports Bar and Grill

Friend has a lakehouse up this way, so I make my truck up there a few times during the year.  Where do we go for cocktails?  LUMPY'S!  Good size sports bar......with attractive/fun staff!  They do have what I like.....BOMB specials....cheap beer AND you can SMOKE inside!!  Miss those days in Chicago!  

Listened to a few bands play......one that sticks out was BULLFROG BAND....were they good?  Eh, I don't remember.  I do remember their photographer, "large" man with a polo shirt on with the sleeves cut off......and he wore big glasses!  Awesome fun/guy!  Classic!

I'm sure I'll be back up this summer......gotta Lumpy it up!!!!

Friday night guy talking to himself at bar turned out to be the DJ rehearsing his hilarious lines for the evening.  Appetizer sampler should not be ordered until the wee hours at which point it might save your life instead of kill you.

22 TV's, down home party people, and a killer reuben that I should have ordered instead.  Not too many places serve bluegill either.  Beware of video poker that deals AA when your time runs out.
