  A great place to grab lunch if in Mars Hill!  The restaurant atmosphere was very alive and busy.  The vibe from the customers seemed as if they thoroughly enjoyed the food.  The menu provides many selections and for an affordable price.  And if you aren't hungry for lunch the restaurant also offers a great selection of ice cream for a delectable dessert.

  This small town restaurant is within walking distance from the Visitor Center. It's location is perfect! You can eat at the deli and then tour the surrounding places. Being a college student we were looking for a deal, and low and behold they had an economy menu! I got two small cheeseburgers, french fries, and a drink for $5! The burger was like a taste of home. Not only that, it is perfect for kids because of their ice cream menu. Congratulations Main Street on a great job!

  Located in downtown Mars Hill, this Deli has a wide area for seating. Offering inexpensive sandwhiches, salads, sides, deserts, and more, I found this would be a place to go when your in a group when no one can decide what to eat.
  
  I got the economy meal ($5) that offered around 7 different options for the main meal, drink, and side. I got the 2 piece chicken tenders with fried green tomatoes and an ice tea. The portion seems small but I was full about 3/4 the way in.
  
  Would recommend a larger meal for someone really hungry, but it gets the job done and you don't waste food!

  Oh Main Street Deli how do i love thee? Let me count the ways: Your chicken salad is the best I have EVER had in my life, it is good on croissants or salad; your veggie burger, although not homemade is delicious; your salads, your burgers, your subs, and homemade soups. I miss you Main Street Deli!

  A standard deli with some southern style thrown in (e. g., fried green tomatoes were available as a side item). It has a basic deli seating arrangement of tables and booths. The Philly Cheesesteak I had was a fairly standard cheesesteak, but the fried ocra was outstanding. Everyone in our party was pleased with the food.
