Mama's Pizza

This place is terrible and does not deserve more than one star. Whoever thinks Mama's Pizza is good needs to get out of Orange County.

When you enter the restaurant it's not very clean. Some of the staff are very friendly, others not so friendly. The food is not that bad, but the lack of concern with cleanliness and food preparation needs to be addressed.

I have had a few sanitation issues the past few visits at Mamas. The last visit my fries fell out of the box and were shoved back in by the cashier with her bare hands. I vowed to never set foot in that restaurant until today... I was lazy and hungry for a sub so I decided to say what the heck, maybe today will be different? I bought my usual chicken slovaki and fries. When I got home I sat down and took a few bites. Well into my 2nd or 3rd bite, I noticed a weird texture, and pulled it out to examine. It was the thumb off of a rubber glove. I drove back to Mamas to show them what was in the food only to be told it is just a glove. Now I was nice until that point, that was not exactly the answer you would expect to hear. I let them know that at no point is a glove edible, it is not sanitary and should not be in the food. And again with a smirk on the managers face she replied it is just a glove and pointed to her hand. They would have made me a new meal and they did ask. They don't seem to have a concept of sanitation now and seemed more amused than anything so I declined. I did get my money back this time.
