  I've lived in Mountain Home for over three years, and only recently have visited this place.  My Brother was in town and wanted to go drinking, so I took him here, and he loved it.  Mark Anthony has a huge selection of top-shelf liquors.  He also has a wide selection of imported and micro-brews.  It's not my thing, but there's a humidor room full of cigars.  Yes, you can smoke in this bar, which is the main reason why I don't go to bars because of the smoke.  Besides the smoke, Mark and his wife are very friendly and are very customer oriented.
