Worst service ever!! Hostess beyond rude! Asked for napkins and was ignored, order was wrong! When asked for my topping which was missing they brought frozen onions out! Then they comped us with free meals however the coupon says only valid with military id. That would be great if we were military! So mad right now, never eat there again!

We stopped here based on the fact that it is a chain & we knew the menu. The staff was super sweet. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as we expected. My four year old was afraid of the dead bugs on the floor. One waitress set down a plate and immediately picked it back up because she noticed hair in the food. It was a strange experience.

What can you write about a chain "deli"/sandwich shop that serves bland food at ridiculous prices? Well, how about that they always seem to be out of whatever you happen to be ordering? Or maybe the fact that while the service staff is friendly and pleasant, they seem far more interested in striking up a conversation than in taking your order or bringing your food? Or the fact that as low-volume as this particular location is, they're never as clean as they should be, despite there always being at least two employees just hanging out behind the counter looking bored? How about picking up a broom and rag once in a while?

Tip for diners: don't order the sweet tea if it's after the lunch rush. It'll probably be sour.
