McCarthy's is a good, solid dive bar with tasty food. Â If you can't stand fried food, or if you would be disgusted to sit on shredded upholstery, this might not be the place for you.
Chicken wings come with a variety of sauces. Â The best is the BBQ (medium spice was just right for me). Â If you are from the U.S., and like Buffalo chicken sauce, you need to order the BBQ sauce here. Â Don't be fooled by the sauce named "Buffalo," which must mean something else in Canada. Â Lucky for me, I was here with locals and they steered me in the right direction. Â I got a chicken patty sandwich and covered it with the tasty BBQ sauce. Â McCarthy's has a good beer selection, too.
