If you want to get what you ordered, do not use the drive-thru at this location. Â 4 of my last 5 orders were messed up -- either stuff I didn't order (like cheese on a burger where the grill tag stated -- correctly -- no cheese) or missing food (like the pancakes and hashbrowns on two "big breakfasts"). Â good thing I had the receipts!
Have spoken with management several times, they always apologize and fix it, but then it happens again. Â Training here seems to be really poor. Â Oh -- and this has been the case for the 8 years I've lived here. Â Why not use another? Â Because if I'm tired or in a hurry, I don't want to go 15+ miles out of my way.
