1 star because no lower rate. Ridiculous procedures to purchase a drink. 1 takes money and then you have to wait for another person to become available to give you the cup.

Really, how long would it have taken the 1st person to reach over to the stack of cups next to her/him and just hand it to you. After all, we still have to fill it up ourselves. No other place does it the way they do here. The reason - it is not good costumer service.

Holy effing crap.  Worst McDonalds EVER.  

Floors were dirty, lines were short, wait for food was LONG.  FLIES were flying around all over the dining area, the cash registers, and in the kitchen.  I would have turned around and walked out but we had stopped on a road trip and were starving.

Due to a large order, I had to sign my credit card receipt.  The staff seriously spent 5 minutes looking for a pen so I could sign the receipt.

Fries were so oversalted that we had to shake them off before eating and they were still gross.  Had to check my food for fly guts.

Yuck yuck yuck.  Someone call the health department on this place.
