Nope.
I bought a LivingSocial deal for 5 Big Macs and 5 Large Fries for $13 a while back. All of you yelpers assuredly know how LivingSocial works. YOu pay a discounted rate up front and redeem for the item listed.
This McDonald's location indicated that my Big Mac voucher would cost me $1.50.
I'm sorry, this isn't a coupon. It's a living social deal. And they even had "Tell us if you have a Living Social Coupon before you order" sign up - so they knew how it worked. And even if you didn't know, does it even make sense that i'd get a 50% off discount online only to use that as a coupon for 50% off in-store? Yeah, that adds up to 100% of the cost! And on the back it even says "no expiration date." I tried to reason with the good heavily-pierced person taking my order, but to no avail. The curt manager screaming at her in the background prevailed.
Whatever. There was another McDonald's 2 miles up the road (shocker) so I'd recommend going there. Who knows if it's under the same management...
